Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

InsiderGlobe (insiderglobe.com) provides free corporate insider-transaction data sourced from public U.S. SEC EDGAR filings. This policy explains what we process and your rights.

What we collect

We do not require accounts and do not ask for names, emails or payment details to browse. We may process:

Lawful basis (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our lawful basis for processing limited analytics and handling correspondence is legitimate interest — operating, securing and improving a free public-information service. The underlying transaction data consists of public-record SEC filings that are already published by the U.S. government; we are not the source of that personal data and are not affiliated with the SEC. Where we use non-essential cookies for analytics, our basis is your consent.

Cookies & analytics

We currently set no non-essential cookies. We may use privacy-friendly analytics in future to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Your rights — access, correction & objection

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request erasure of personal data we hold about you. Because our dataset is sourced from public SEC filings, the authoritative record is EDGAR itself — corrections to a filing must ultimately be made with the SEC — but we will promptly review and, where appropriate, correct or remove how information is presented on InsiderGlobe.

To make a request or object to processing, use our contact form (choose "Report a data correction") or email [email protected].

Data retention & security

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the service.

Not investment advice

Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice.
